Fitness & Health
The Biggest Loser has started again! Last season I was a bit put off on how competitive everyone was, that they were there as a game not for the real reason of health. Hopefully this season, they will turn that around. And every season it inspires me to get back into shape. I look at the 400 lb man and say...look he just ran 5 miles...why can't you?!?! So (When I am over this cold) I want to know what your plans for 2011 are? Are you getting bathing suit ready this month? Are you going to change your diet? Gonna revamp your wardrobe with inspiration from what not to wear:) Or are you going to look inward and be more content with who you are? Join a class? Read more? I think I want to do a little of all:) Email me and let me know what your plans are....I will post them and we can inspire each other!
