This blog is to written because frankly we can't do everything all by our selves...we need help, encouragement, tips, guidance. Recently diagnosed with border line type two diabetes I have changed how I live, how I eat and how I exercise. I want to help you along with myself to stay motivated. Good Morning! If you are like me, food and fitness are something that are constantly on my mind.  As a mom a wife I want to be the best of both for those I love.  I also want to feel and look my best.  Staying motivated in this regard is hard for me.  I go all out for a while then I slip...and slip and ....slip... until I am working out less and less and making poor food choices becomes more than a once in a while thing.  The holidays are a dreaded thing only for this reason. I love the holidays but the food...and those in my family are excellent cooks...the food is temptation enough. Then being away from home and away from your normal scheduled workouts etc...can put you completely out of wack.  I am here to help you, not only for every day but for a lifetime of changes.  In being  a border line diabetic, my eating choices and my exercise routines have to be a constant in my life. I hope here, we can inspire each other to live a healthier life!
