Something new for fish...
Have you ever tried browned butter?  If not, you should.  It's a traditional French technique that adds sweetness to butter.  It's so easy you might go...wow...:)

Grilled Tillipia in Lemon and Brown Butter

Excuse the lack of measurements....but depending on how many for dinner...I improvise:)

3 Tilliapia Fillet's
4 TBS Butter
Fresh Lemon
Lemon Pepper
Capers

I add my Tilliapia Fillet's to a fry pan with the Butter Lemon Pepper and a bottle of capers.  Cook on medium heat until fish is done the butter will be done when it turns a brown color.  When that happens, add a Tbs of fresh lemon juice.  I like it when the capers brown a bit also.  Serve.  One of my family favorites and it can be done with Chicken as well. My kids love it too!
