Recently diagnosed with border line type two diabetes I have changed how I live, how I eat and how I exercise. I want to help you along with myself to stay motivated. Monday....Workout??!?!

Well with all the excitement of the Polyvore contests, birthday parties, and holiday performances done for the weekend I am tuckered.  I am in need of a major pep talk today to work out.  Yesterday after all the crazy was done, my husband, kids and I did absolutely nothing all day.  Watched movies, ate popcorn, played games...kids in Jammies ALL day. My slippers didn't leave my feet unless they were tucked under a blanket:)  Such a nice day with the family but now it is back to the grind stone right. Ugh...ok...I will do SOMETHING today but I won't enjoy it:)  To all you other busy people out there...how do you stay motivated?  Help...send suggestions:)  I am in need of pep...maybe a latte would help?!?!
